Haft E Tir Martyres Monument Complex which is founded in the place of the Islamic Republican Party, is a Cultural Complex including a mosque with the area of 350 m2, memorial monument with the height of 18 meters, Hussainiya with the capacity of 3,000 people, an auditorium with the capacity of 400 people, an indoor museum and art gallery, library and training center, kitchen and dining room, store, and parking with the possibility of accepting more than 100 vehicles. All mentioned structures are concrete structures and memorial monument & minarates of mosque are steel structures.

The project design was assigned to HIDALOU and the civil, structure and building engineering design and technical services have been allocated to DATAM MEC.
