Dasht-e-Noor complex is located in an area of 40,000 m2 in West of Noor forest, Mazandaran Province, in a peaceful and beautiful environment, with a distance of 55 km from Caspian Sea. This tourism town includes residential complexes, sports complexes including equestrian club, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, soccer with natural grass, gym, pool and mini golf, lake with fishing facilities, recreational pier, boat rides and water rides, restaurant and coffee shop. Residential complex design and ideas Retrieved from the world’s most prominent architectural and technical methods regarding weather conditions of the region, in 20 separate forms, with different area & specific elevation has been designed. Dashte Noor fitness gym is one of the public buildings of this recreational complex in northern Iran. This building is located in a site with an area of about 745 m2. The structure of this building is a steel one including the 9 meters’ cantilever in the entrance. This building is one of the final nominees in Memar Award in the public building category, 2013.
